PFS Plastic Ampoule Filling Packing Machine includes  Machine Body, Drive System, Spreading Roll and Sending Flake Device, Molding Mould, Cutting Mould, Molding Block Conveyor Chain, Convection Device, Material Filling Packing, Landscape Orientation Manipulator, Heated Purfle,Closed Purfle, Printing Serial Numbers, Cutting Device, Belt Conveyor, Electrical Control, Gas Control and Cooling System according to the working process.

PFS Plastic Ampoule Filling-Sealing Packing Machine Programmable controller adopts FX2N series of MITSUBISHI of Japan and 10.4 inch colored pat display human-computer interface EASYVIEW of Taiwan to control. Temperature control system adopts FX2N A/D PT Module of MITSUBISHI and PLC to communicate directly, it can set up several scheduled temperature and alarm parameter by human-computer interface, controlling temperature in producing process, increase control accuracy consumedly, improve the quality of product, automatic function, and easy to operation.PLC control transducer drive the main motor, it can realize adjustment of stepless. The periphery examine components adopts AUTONICS of Korea , OMRON of Japan and other known brand Revolver encoder, Approach sensor and Photoelectricity sensor to guaranteed the control accuracy of whole system.
